De eerste stap naar het verkrijgen van een gezond lichaam en mind is daarom om te leren luisteren naar je lichaam en je lichaamsbesef te vergroten, Tai Chi en Qigong beoefening kan je hier heel goed bij ondersteunen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">In onderstaand schema kun je zien wanneer een orgaan de meeste energie heeft en wanneer deze de minste energie heeft.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Als een orgaan al verzwakt is (Yin-leegte), zal het in de periode met weinig energie nog meer verzwakken wat te merken is aan sufheid en algemene malaise.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Een overbelast orgaan (Yang-volte) kan dan extra actief worden waardoor je b.v. altijd tussen 01.00 &#8211; 03.00 uur naar het toilet moet doordat de lever extra actief is.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1780 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/bocamtherapie.run4bodyandmind.nl\/bocamtherapie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/alive-720237_1920-2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"alive-720237_1920 (2)\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>In onze organen liggen ook emoties opgeslagen, veel van onze spreekwoorden verwijzen hier nog naar: &#8220;Iets op je lever hebben&#8221;, &#8220;Ik moet even mijn gal spuwen&#8221; etc. Als je op het tijdstip dat het desbetreffende orgaan actief is deze emotie ervaart is dat een teken dat het orgaan zich emotioneel aan het zuiveren is. Het is belangrijk om deze emotie op dat moment te accepteren, er liefdevol naar te kijken zonder het te willen veranderen.
